Ending the Week Right

After the week I had I decided to take today off. Off from everything.

I didn't clean. I didn't cook. I didn't study or do homework, laundry or run errands. I didn't even answer my phone.

But you wanna know what I did do?

I slept in.

I Skyped Lizzie Doll and hung out with her for about 3-4 hours (I lost track).

I ate Captain Crunch for dinner.

I took Duke to the park and we watched the baby ducks swimming across the pond. Duke tried to chase them.  And then we sat some more, relaxed in the sun, smelling the fresh cut grass, and watching two kids try to fish in the duck pond with just a stick and line.


It was a pretty damn good day.
